- Registration amount (60 % of cost) non-refundable.
- Rest of the amount payable at least 20days prior of tour date.
- Cancellation within 15 days of arrival 30 % refund.
- No refund if canceled before 7 days of arrival.
- Accommodation can not be altered once booked.

- Jdc Exp Pvt. Ltd. and Westbengaltours.com shall not be responsible for civil disturbances, theft, accidents, natural calamities and other such incidents beyond human control.
